The subtle art of not giving a F*ck by Mark Manson

Mark Manson shares his experiences from his star blogger life as if what problems do strangers ask him and out of this he is inspired to write this book about giving a f*ck to what is important.

I don’t really read self-help books. But, whatever Mark has to say through his book was quite enjoyable. It may depend on people how they take this up!

There are many stories Mark uses to signify our mistakes and believe me we all know the basics. Anyone would think this is the same old story going on. But according to me, we all should read this book to remind ourselves who we really are!

“That’s simply reality: if it feels like it’s you versus the world, chances are it’s just you versus yourself”

-Mark Manson, The Subtle art of not giving a f*ck

This book is really a good read. It feels like fall from the ninth cloud and wakes up just to know we already know everything. We only have to manipulate our mind.
Mark Manson makes sure to justify his each and every claim with best examples and stories.

I would really recommend this book to those who are emotionally weak. The ones who feel alone in a crowd. Those who know what they want to achieve but cannot due to bad social communication and stress.
Keep this book, read always when you feel to need a doctor to bring you back on tracks!!!
I can assure you if you try to be positive then surely this book will help you. With reading, this book demands your efforts to change your mind. Otherwise, there is no magic that you read the book and everything will come back on track!!!
Good luck with your reading πŸ™‚

5/5 Star!!!
